Our client CAS RECRUITMENT LTD - GREEK BRANCH. is looking for HOTEL RECEPTIONISTS to work in Greece

Qualification:

• With at least 3 years of working experience in the Hotel Industry.
  
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management
  is a plus.
  
• Should have TESDA NCII or Trade Test Certificates in Front Office Services.
  
• Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Must be competent in checking guests in & out efficiently, handling all necessary
  paperwork & payments.
  
• Must have a thorough knowledge of hotel services, amenities & local attractions.
  
• Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software.
  
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, able to handle customers’
  concerns effectively.
  
• Flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
  
• Excellent command of English communication, both verbal & written skills
  
• Newly renewed passport
  

Offer & Benefits:

• Salary starts at Php 43,000.00 net monthly.
  
• 48 Work Hours per week.
  
• Accommodation will be provided.
  
• Nine (9) months contract per year, renewable up to 5 years.
