Qualifications:
- With at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Candidates with sales experience and strong communication skills, both verbal and
Written is preferred.
- Candidates with sales experience are preferred.
- Must have excellent basic computer knowledge.
- Must have good listening skills.
- Must have effective Customer Service Skills.
- Must have exceptional interpersonal & rapport building skills.
- Should have a patent and empathetic attitude.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
- Must have good troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced depending on the
role and industry.
- Must have good phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-phone line
systems.
- Must be able to handle customer complaints when needed.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Newly renewed passport
Offer & Benefits:
- Salary is Php 62,000.00 gross monthly more or less.
- Forty (40) Work Hours per week / 5 days work in a 7-day schedule.
- One (1) year contract, renewable.
