Our client, CAS Recruitment Ltd, is looking for CUSTOMER CONTACT CENTRE AGENTS to work in CYPRUS:


Qualifications:

  • With at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Candidates with sales experience and strong communication skills, both verbal and
    Written is preferred.
  • Candidates with sales experience are preferred.
  • Must have excellent basic computer knowledge.
  • Must have good listening skills.
  • Must have effective Customer Service Skills.
  • Must have exceptional interpersonal & rapport building skills.
  • Should have a patent and empathetic attitude.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
  • Must have good troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced depending on the
    role and industry.
  • Must have good phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-phone line
    systems.
  • Must be able to handle customer complaints when needed.
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Newly renewed passport


Offer & Benefits:

  • Salary is Php 62,000.00 gross monthly more or less.
  • Forty (40) Work Hours per week / 5 days work in a 7-day schedule.
  • One (1) year contract, renewable.
