Our client, CAS Recruitment UK Limited, is looking for FISH FILLETERS / TRIMMERS to work in the United Kingdom

Qualifications:

• Should have at least 1 year of verifiable & proven filleting experience in fish processing in seafood processing plants.
  
• Should be knowledgeable in processing & trimming various species of fish, including salmon, cod, and haddock.
  
• Should be able to provide high-quality working videos.
  
• Should have Training Certificates in Fish Processing
  
• Should possess a strong understanding of quality systems and procedures.
  
• Should be competent with working with a filleting knife.
  
• Should be able to prepare fish by performing a combination of the following:
  

                   - Removal of gut & cavity using a boning knife. 

                   - Preparation of fillets using a filleting knife

• Should be familiar with the observance of temperature controls ensuring where practicable, 20 minutes of product is only in production and/or withdrawn from the chiller in accordance to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  
• Should be knowledgeable with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety Standards.
  
• Should observe proper knife skill practices to minimize risk of injury to self and others.
  
• Should have a keen understanding of quality and specifications of intended customers.
  
• Should be able to work as part of the team.
  
• Should have a precise attention to detail.
  
• Good English communication both verbal & written.
  
• Newly renewed passport
  

• Salary starts at Php 205,000.00 gross monthly.
• Forty (40) Work Hours per week..
  
• Accommodation will be provided.
  
• Three (3) years contract, renewable.
